How It Works

This site is operated by CRU Parent Captain Kelly Allen . When you place an order, a portion of the proceeds is donated back to the studio for the CRU team. The ordering process is easy! Just place your order in the shop, and it will be delivered to the studio for pickup.

Here are the answers to some common questions:

WILL THERE BE NEW PRODUCTS ADDED TO THE SHOP?
YES! In fact, we plan to drop new items every month, and some will only be available for a limited time. If you join our email list, you can receive shop updates and be one of the first to hear about new product drops.

WHAT IF MY FAMILY/FRIENDS WANT TO ORDER?
Friends and family can absolutely order from the shop! Our products make great gifts, so please share the shop info with everyone you know.

IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT A PRODUCT OR MY ORDER WHO CAN I CONTACT?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Please allow 10-14 business days for production of your order. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready for pickup at the studio. If you requested shipping, we will let you know as soon as it ships.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE WHEN I PICK UP AT THE STUDIO?
Orders will be available to pick up behind the front desk area. There is a basket with a "The Studio Shop Order Pickup" sign on it. Feel free to ask for assistance if you are unable to locate it.

WHAT OTHER WAYS CAN I HELP THE CRU TEAM/STUDIO?
