This site is operated by Product Manager/CRU Coordinator Kelly Allen. The ordering process is easy! Just place your order in the shop, and it will be delivered to the studio for pickup (or shipped if that option is selected).

Here are the answers to some common questions:

IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT A PRODUCT OR MY ORDER WHO CAN I CONTACT?
You can email Kelly directly at info@thestudioshopatott.com. The staff at the front desk will not have information regarding your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Please allow 10-14 business days for production of your order. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready for pickup at the studio. If you requested shipping, we will let you know as soon as it ships.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE WHEN I PICK UP AT THE STUDIO?
Orders will be available to pick up just inside the lobby entrance, in the cubbies under the “Order Pickup” sign.

WHAT OTHER WAYS CAN I HELP THE CRU TEAM/STUDIO?
General donations are accepted on the Over The Top Academy of Dance website at overthetopdance.com/donate.
